Privacy Policy
AuxTech Solutions LLC (“AuxTech,” “we,” “us”) runs aux-tech.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email [email protected].
1. Information we collect
What you send us. This site has no sign-up, account or contact form. If you email us, call or leave a voicemail, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address and your message.
What our hosting and tools receive automatically. When you visit, our web host (Cloudflare) receives standard technical information to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages requested. We have not added analytics, advertising or tracking tools to the site, and the site’s own code does not set cookies. Our host may use technical logs or cookies for security and delivery.
Fonts. Our home page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy. These legal pages use fonts already on your device.
Clients. If you hire us, credentials and business data we receive are covered by our written client agreements, not by this page.
2. How we use it
To reply to you, prepare audits, proposals and services, operate and secure the site, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We may email business contacts about our services, always with a way to opt out. We honor opt-outs within 10 business days and never charge for them.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as hosting, email, phone including Google Voice voicemail and transcription, scheduling, payments and accounting), our professional advisers, when the law requires it, or in a sale or transfer of the business. We choose providers that restrict how they use the information, but some, such as Cloudflare and Google, handle it under their own privacy policies.
4. Cookies and tracking
The site’s own code does not currently set cookies or run analytics. If that changes, we will update this page first and, where required, ask for your consent. You can block cookies and third-party requests in your browser settings at any time.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information (emails, call notes) for generally about 24 months after our last contact. We keep contracts, invoices and payment records for at least 7 years for tax and legal reasons. Client data is handled as stated in our client agreements.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS and multi-factor authentication where available. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can opt out of marketing email by replying “STOP” or using the link in the message. Residents of some states have additional rights under their state laws; we will honor valid requests as the law requires. We aim to respond within 45 days.
8. Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Links to other sites
We may link to other sites we do not control. Their policies apply when you visit them.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
